Bella Outdoors USA promises to bring you a quality collection of garden decor and furniture. If you are not completely delighted with any product purchased from our collection, please return it within 30 days in the same condition and we will promptly replace it or refund your merchandise cost less return shipping.
All returned products must be in the original shipping containers with all packaging materials and anything else included in the packing of the product.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within 30 days in order to receive a refund or exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or product was delivered damaged.

Custom cushions are not refundable.
Truck/Freight Delivery for Furniture and Large Items:
Upon arrival, please inspect your shipment thoroughly for any visible damages on the carton and equipment. The driver is required to wait for you to open the goods and inspect them. Please DO NOT SIGN THE FREIGHT BILL until a notation of the damage has been made on the face of the freight bill.
If you sign a clean Bill of Lading/Proof of Delivery then Bella Outdoors USA cannot accept any returns related to damages later on. Please do not sign until you are satisfied with the item and there is no damage.
If driver is pushy or in a hurry and you are not able to inspect item, you can notate "Pending Further Investigation" or "Suspect Damage" before signing.
Re-stocking fees apply on returns between 15%-20% depending on vendor. Please contact us for full information.
Once an item is shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. This item(s) would fall under our 30 day money back guarantee policy and we will help to set up a return instead. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable if shipment is refused.
Cancellation Policy before shipment is as follows:
- An order can be cancelled only if the item has not been sent for final packing for shipment . An item normally takes 3-4 days ( 1-2 days for decor items) to be packed and ready for shipment. Once an item is shipped the standard cancellation rates apply
- Our normal cancellation policy is as follows
- Order placed and if item is out of stock - Cancel with full refund
- Order placed and item not sent for packing - Cancel with full refund
- Item already sent for final packing and preparation to ship - 15 % of order value (only for furniture )
- If an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled and will only be treated as a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us at any time within 30 days of its delivery less the cost of shipping. You will need to ship the item back to the manufacturer at your own cost, and we will refund the merchandise value, subject to the restocking fee charged by different vendors. If you return an item, the shipping cost for sending the item to you will also be deducted from your total refund amount. Return credits will be issued within 15 business days once the item is received and inspected. In case of concerns, please write to us at email@example.com to confirm the policy. Our refund rate is extremely low and we work with the customer in every one of these rare cases.
