Return, Warranty & Cancellation Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please refer below to our policies.

Returns Policy: 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be returned within 30 days in order to receive a refund or exchange*. Please note that the customer is responsible for the safe return of merchandise and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. This is typical of most online retailers for non-defective products. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or product was delivered damaged which would fall under the terms of the shipping damage policy.

Instructions for Returns:

If you need to return an item we will refund to you the purchase price of the order less the shipping costs. This is a typical policy of most online retailers. Return credits will be issued within 10 business days once the item is received and inspected.

Returns must be requested by email within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

  1. All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition unused, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all Returns or Exchanges are in unused condition and re-packaged properly. Any product returned in used or damaged condition will not be refunded.

Return credits will be issued within 10 business days once the item is received and inspected.

In case of concerns, please write to us at to confirm the policy. Our refund rate is extremely low and we will try to work with the customer in every one of these rare cases.

*Exceptions The following products are not returnable but are warrantied for defects per vendor policy described in the product description page.

Warranty Replacement:

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 30 days by email with supporting pictures and description of defective item or part. The manufacturer at its discretion and expense will either replace in full or any parts that are found defective. The warranty covers replacement of any defective item or part, it does not guarantee a refund of the purchase price for a return in some cases. Specifically, ATC products will not be issued a refund for warranty claims.

In the event it is decided to return the order for a refund the customer will be responsible for returning the item as outlined per the return policy in the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please notify Bella Outdoors to request an RA Form to return the product for exchange. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Cancellation Policy:

An order can be cancelled free of charge only if the item has not been sent for final packing for shipment*. Once an item is sent out for shipment, we are unable to cancel the order. The item(s) would fall under our 30 day money back guarantee policy. We will help to set up a return instead and costs of return shipping will be deducted from refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable if shipment is refused.

*The following exception applies to order cancellations:

  • Orlandi Statuary orders sent to production and cancelled will have a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Damage Policy:

Customer responsibilities in the rare event item was delivered damage:

  • It is customer’s responsibility to check that all PACKAGES are accounted for and product is free of damage before signing delivery receipt for freight order deliveries requiring signature. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged you must notate damage on shippers copy of the freight bill.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to notate on the shipper's waybill any damages prior to signing the driver's paperwork. If any other specific shipping problems such as, damage to cartons, missing packages, etc. is not stated on the waybill, we may be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order.


  1. Within 2 days of shipment, please email Bella Outdoors with description and supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement part or replacement product to be shipped free of charge if damage was notated on shipper’s bill.
  • If you have notated damage on the waybill and decided to keep the product please notify Bella Outdoors by email of the damage with supporting photos of damaged item and photos of both inner and outer packaging by email within 2 days.
    We will handle correspondence and arrange for partial monetary compensation, a replacement part or replacement product to be shipped free of charge at manufacturer’s discretion.
  • If damaged packages are received without notating the damage on driver’s waybill, we must be notified by email within 2 days with supporting photos of the damaged product and photos of all internal and external packaging. We will replace the product free of charge, however if the damage notation has not been made on the drivers copy of the waybill then you may be required to pay all shipping charges involved with return of the damaged item.
